Human Resources/Payroll

The HR/Payroll Coordinator is responsible for all HR/Payroll functions for the dealership.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• The accurate and timely submission of dealership payroll information for processing.
• Assists in planning, developing, organizing, implementing and evaluating HR functions and activities of the dealership.
•  Maintains personnel files in compliance with company standards and applicable state and federal guidelines.
• Assists with orientation of new staff to dealership and explains personnel policies and procedures, payroll procedures, regulations, etc.

Salary Commensurate with Experience.   

Two years experience as HR/Payroll Coordinator.  Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with all types of personnel, knowledgeable of administrative practices and procedures as well as laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to employment, wage and hour, labor relations, etc.

Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English Language and able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required.

Sales and Sales Management

No automotive experience required, but if you're Bi-Lingual, have experience selling Highline, Certified, and/or Special Finance we need to talk.  Lots of traffic, late model inventory, aggressive management with lots of financing resources (including Guaranteed Credit Approval) and a huge advertising budget makes this a car salesperson's dream job.

Sales Consultant Responsibilities:

Service Advisor
